The Today I received section is not to be used for businesses to promote their business. Trade members and those operating as a business in the eyes of the forum are invited to enquire about a Dealer Sub Forum, where you may start your own Today _____ received topic to post your commercial purchases. E.g. As I am also a stamp collector, it is very disappointing how brutally this letter was opened. Maxe

Sorry @MaxeBaumann, I was led to believe (on this forum) that these old stamps are worthless and might as well be used.🤷

As it happens, I think I have the Peter Rabbit at my mum's (along with most of the others) from when I was a kid. I am sure we could work something out if you are really interested???

I bet they don't!

😎

They're not as discreet as you for sure. When I went to customer services to collect it, the woman shouted to one of her colleagues to go into the store room to pick up a sovereign. There's me standing there with a few customers in the area staring right at me. Talk about painting a target on me

That's partly because we have half a century more experience.

Our prices were lower than CostCo, with quantity discounts available, although I did not do s synchronized price comparison.

I was well aware of that when I posted my comment, but it is a much asked question, and one which most TSF members will know, I oppose on the grounds that nothing is free, it is merely included, there is often no price reduction for a second or third coin, so "free" ppostage often ends up costing  the buyer more. If you only want one coin, buy from H&B at their loss leader price, but don't get suckered into their bait and switch, or follow up.

I didn't think I would need to explain.

Also CostCo probably don't offer mail order.

😎

I interpreted your comment as if you did offer free postage, the sunglasses emoji kinda did that

There are other online retailers, who do offer reductions on multiple coins, with free postage, that still come out lower than another well established bullion dealer, who incidentally charges more for postage when more coins are purchased, kind of negating any savings on the multiple coin reduction perhaps

Shop around more

some deals with postage extra are better than others, some free postage deals are no better, but some are great. Just spend 10 minutes looking. You won’t get more than on view discounts for your loyalty unless you have a heck of a lot of money to spend.

Many of our bullion pages have a price comparison across multiple quantites and dealers.

Most of the time, we are the lowest delivered cost, and even lower if you collect, which some of our competitors do not offer.

This includes our 2022 UK gold bullion sovereigns, as shown here:

Qty Chards (Excl Delivery) Chards (Inc Delivery) B* G* BB RM UKB
1 £337.90 £343.90 £344.70 £350.80 £347.48 £350.28 £347.43
5 £336.62 £338.02 £343.40 £346.20 £344.98 £345.10 £346.04
10 £335.98 £336.78 £342.60 £345.40 £344.48 £343.45 £345.34
25 £335.82 £336.26 £341.90 £344.50 £343.98 £342.56 £344.82
50 £335.18 £335.52 £341.20 £343.70 £343.48 £341.80 £344.30
100 £334.39 £334.67 £340.50 £342.60 £343.18 £341.14 £343.60
250 £334.23 £334.56 £340.20 £342.20 £342.78 £341.14 £343.26
500 £334.07 £334.35 £339.80 £341.90 £342.48 £341.14 £342.91
1000 £333.91 £334.16 £339.30 £341.30 £342.48 £341.14 £342.39

We might need to include CostCo in future, but I was not surprised that we were cheaper...

... and of course, we are better!

😎

That works out to £338.99 each, whereas ours work out to £338.02 each, so we are still cheaper than your selected example.

Also, we make it easier by showing the price per coin inclusive, whereas your un-named dealer fsils to do so.

😎

I also don't claim we are cheapest 100% of the time, just most of the time, although it gets close tlo 100%.

I think it might be the un-named dealer of which we do not speak 😀

Theirs are 338.79 ea. , inclusive of post, yours are 338.99 ea. inc post, a whole £1 cheaper for the 5 lol

I appreciate that you didnt say you were always cheapest, and I accept we could go through numerous different examples all day long testing each other, however let's just shake on it, no point arguing over £1 🤣
