Today's price was £339.99 It was cheaper at the start of the week but as it was payday I thought I'd treat myself but didn't expect to fill out a precious metal - special order form after paying for it.

I was told that a form must be filled out for traceability but there's nothing to stop you putting in any old address. A bit odd that a form is required since they have my details on my membership card when I went to pay at the till.

Yes, I had a the same thing happen when I bought a 1 kilo of silver (bar). I was advised because it could not be returned, even if spot price went up or down. Absolutely no returns policy.
