Today I Received.....

Arrived from PCGS today.  2019-S Enhanced Reverse Proof ASE's.  Had to send them unopened to PCGS, so I was certainly anxious about what was in the mint boxes while I was waiting for the package to come back from PCGS.  No signed COA's.  I was hoping odds were I would get one 70 but both came back 69's.  They are beautiful coins.

You have done a fantastic job on these wartime coins- I would say a better job than the RM’s effort.  A nice distraction from the Libs.  

I bet it was likely much easier to come across these British coins minted over 100 years ago than the recent offerings from the Casa de Moneda de México?

Latest arrival for the collection a Caracalla Roman Denarius son of Septimius Severus minted in Rome 209 AD. Caracalla ruled as Roman Emperor from 198 to 217 AD, he was assassinated by a disaffected soldier in 217 on a campaign against the Parthian Empire. The reverse shows Liberalitas the Goddess Virtue of giving freely and generosity holding an abacus and cornacopia. Another 3 grams of silver for the stack

Yesterday I received the 2020 SPINK Coins of England & the UK coin catalogues. This is the first time I am purchasing it.

The comprehensive pre-decimal book is impressive, and I am sure will teach me a lot about British coinage. However, the decimal issues... I found a few errors (that I can see) in the more recent sovereign listings. Quite surprising. It looks to me like they did not take good care in their modern sovereign listing, to make sure it is accurate and without errors. I hope they will improve on it in the next edition.

Hello, everyone. I recently received this beauty. This is my first gold coin (although I have gold bars from before). The camera doesn't deliver the right colour. I was expecting more coins from another order, but the delivery company is taking their time.

I love this. I really want to pick up a nice graded Roman coin just to have one, but I started looking at the websites and got lost in the whirlwind of info!
