Today I Received.....

Message added by ChrisSilver

The Today I received section is for private individuals to share items they have purchased for their collection / as part of their investment.

The Today I received section is not to be used for businesses to promote their business. Trade members and those operating as a business in the eyes of the forum are invited to enquire about a Dealer Sub Forum, where you may start your own Today _____ received topic to post your commercial purchases. E.g. The Today Chards Received..... topic.

If swarf was trapped there wouldn't be the detail of the crown ..... would there?. The swarf would mask the die and the line would show blank...maybe a bit of swarf in the blank..... or is that what you meant ..🤔

The letter G sits above the mark and might indicate the damage was done after it left the mint, so maybe not swarf caused it which I first thought.

Maybe the person encapsulating thought the shield was so nice, it should be upright... I had coins in NGC slabs moving during transport (usually soft 24K gold so i guess they are a bit less firmly gripped) but a sovereign spec coin shouldn’t move, hopefully 🙄

Not in this case 😂

Libertad Friday.

Thanks to Sören of @muenzdachs for this little lot of Banco De México's finest Silver.

The 2017 35th Anniversary of the Libertad Silver Bar & Coin Set is a step nearer to me holding one of each of the releases that the Mexican Mint produced that year.

@sixgun Holy cow, I didn't know a gold version was made!!!

But only 100 of the gold ones made.

Always cast your vote - Spoil your ballot slip. Put 'Spoilt Ballot - I do not consent.' These votes are counted. If you do not do this you are consenting to the tyranny. None of them are fit for purpose.
A tyranny relies on propaganda and force. Once the propaganda fails all that's left is force.

COVID-19 is a cover story for the collapsing economy. Green Energy isn't Green and it isn't Renewable.
