Almost to the end of the year collection has arrived...

Decided on the 2019 1/2 oz Gold Libertad BU for this year.

And now for some silver treasures! 
From the immense talent of hand-poured Silver, @BackyardBullion, has provided me with this year’s 2019 Silver Round collection...incredible, simply incredible...TSF 5 oz Silver Hammered Round (#19/25, as selected by BYB) and two TSF 3 oz Silver Rounds (#26 and #27).

And the much discussed 2019 Una and The Lion 2 oz Silver Proof. Quite a beauty that stands the test of time in design and craftsmanship.

And lastly, a little fun with some Silver PEZ! A 2019 30 gram PAMP Suisse Snowman PEZ Dispenser & Silver Wafers (w/Box & COA). This is staying completely packaged to avoid any mistaking as real candy...and prevent anyone taking a potentially painful chomp into a Silver PEZ!😂

Got this today, yes, today...ok, yesterday but I needed to check it was all good...18k, VVS diamonds and superb saphires....custom piece another add to my treasure chest, the best way to stash gold I think.

For the Una, do you intend to get it graded out of interest? I am tempted to pick one up as I doubt they'll lose value, but am slightly concerned about the posts from other members regarding spots appearing. That seems a fast way to turn 200 quid into 20! 😬

I hadn’t considered having it graded. You make a good point with a possible propensity for spotting. I just have a preference for raw. They are stored in a desiccant, humidity controlled environment...not to say that will stop it from spotting, but a mitigation method nonetheless.

It is...got the appraisal they got when it was up for insurance, was over $11,000..and with those diamonds and saphires I can believe it..it cost me 40 ase's but I'm expecting 2 or 3 gse's in return...refill that chest in only gold...lol.

Small poker win this weekend again. Luck must have carried through as I got these proof quarter sovs in original capsules at 2% over spot. Picked up a 1gm in assay too for the collection

Thanks @BackyardBullion for the Silver forum rounds. Received 2019 3 oz round a while ago but they were waiting for their bigger brother that arrived today. Last photos contains previous 2018 3 oz rounds as well (group photo). 5 oz TSF hammer round is now my favourite piece of hand poured silver.

Thats a rare bar. Seen like only 2 ever for sale, I think it was a private issue.

Careful using insurance appraisals as a guide to value.

Sometimes I just can’t resist buying interesting odd bits. These are the Franklin Mint Floral Alphabet Miniature Plate Collection. Sterling Silver. Just under 300gm. 

Each plate has a flower that begins with a letter of the alphabet- 26 in total. 

Were destined for the melt, I grabbed them. Jus thought they looked cool. They need a clean, but for now put them in 1oz capsules and they look nice.

There were 5 Philharmonic. And some silver bars. And to make the order even the 4 1/20 oz Pandas and the 1/4 oz Maple and the silver were thrown in at spot. Even with magnifier, you can barely read the Pandas. I think I'm going to trade those for a 1/4 oz coin LOL. I like this design on silver bars. Silvertown makes them.
