I bought Gold coins from Apmex a few years back. I had a terrible time with the courier company. They were scamming people, demanding extra money for customs clearance. It took me about 5 weeks to get my money back. I had to contact Apmex directly. The courier company sent two couriers to my door demanding an extra £43.00 before handing over the coin, that was on top of Apmex's cost for delivery. Apart from that, Apmex was fine. I think it's a case of pot luck.
