This arrived today. Proof edition of Britannia. Under £4K. Only 250 editions ever issued. Nice!  .. next stop cool storage till I get a better offer!

Nice 5oz!! I bit the bullet and bought em’ all 1/4 and 2ounce proofs…  … hell they offered me the 5oz gold. £13-14k 😕 … now that’s too rich for my blood!

I noticed that the Queen’s portrait on the obverse is not aligned to the reverse. Has anyone else seen the same die misalignment on this coin?

Sorry, I can't remember exactly off the top of my head and that information should be included in my tracking spreadsheet! 

I think it might have been around the £1,700 mark?

I pointed this out when it was launched, the reverse is normally displayed tilted. It’s a great looking coin it was always going to be a difficult one to slab. 
 

To my knowledge it’s the only 50p with off axis dies.  BTW have you noticed the dent shield 50p is up side down.

I see. But Joel Iskowitz's Liberty is driving me crazy. And if i was ever surprised about the quality of a BU coin, than about this one. Really great job done by the NZ Mint, first time APMEX didn't mess up an Exclusiv. And the Mexican Mint never took me like this. 

And talking about Ladys. Here's another really nice one. No phantasy mosaic art, but more than 2000 years of rich history. The floor mosaic dated back to the 2nd century A.D., Leda and the swan. Cyprus 5€ 2020, 28.28gr .925 silver
