How do I get hold of something like this, while ensuring that it's genuine?

I got this one from coincraft who seem very genuine and their name is their guarantee.  Alternatively @stackerp5 has some very reasonable and genuine silver roman denarius for sale at the moment.

A few pick ups from one of the local coin dealers.

Firstly a 1904 San Francisco Morgan Dollar. This is one of the harder coins to find as most of the original 2.3 million coins were melted. 

Next is a US 1876 Trade Dollar. I really like the design on this coin so it’s great to pick up a decent example. 
 

Lastly a nice type set of BU US coins including a very nice 1922 Peace dollar.

This 1924 M (278,140 mintage) completes Stage 1...

A bullion date run from 1871  (first Vic G&D year) to today.

I've got a fair few shields already but many duplicates so still need about 30 dates between 1838 and 1887.

The years of both shield and G&D I need 2 sovs per the year similar to 2022 with the Memorial and Platinum Jubilee.
