I use nationwide and starling, I’ve had the issue with starling but never nationwide. Of the two times it happened with starling the first was resolved within minutes when I went on chat with them, the second I decided not to go ahead with as it was an obscure payment portal so in some ways I think they were right to put some pondering time on it. There’s so much fraud that goes on now, they have to protect their interests, but it does leave you feeling you’re being robbed of your own money.
