I do not recommend removing the tarnishing in any way! Toned/tarnished coins have premium now in North America. So keep them as is, and sell them as is even with toning.

To be honest, although I'm Canadian but I think First Majestic made a mistake by forming this new mint. The market if over saturated with mints. And there is nothing special about those silver bars on their website! Nor the prices are attractive........ They need to be more creative by creating something new and unique, for example they need to look at how Scottsdale Mint makes their products (which in my opinion is number one private mint out there when it comes to creativity).

This is very interesting indeed.......💫 I would suspect the rims design but to know for sure why don't you get a digital caliper from Amazon and measure the rim and the diameter to see what it the difference between year 2017 and 2024! Also please have those coins on a glass surface or direct on the wood table (without that green fabric) and see if you still have that difference in height!

It seems the Perth Mint 2024 Swan silver bullion coin would be nice looking one this year! But let us wait for the non-colored coin to show up before the final call.....

That is really bad!!!! Print this photo and mail it in snailmail complaint letter to "Anne Jessopp" (The Royal Mint President), maybe she would fire the whole team who designed those capsules!

why they need to have this thing? To stop the coin from rotating? They can do the same by mimicking PCGS and NGC holders!

I would have done so, and stepped forward to help this senior gentlemen. And I would write an anonymous complaint about this behavior siting the location and time.
