Sub £300?? Atkinson's charges £337 for them. You must have got an incredible bargain.

Well it wasn’t exactly sub 300 but works out that after. £360 paid, £22 TCB, 15000 nectar points (£75) = £263 all said and done. eBay Black Friday deals from BBP eBay 😀

Far from exciting but at sub £300 then one didn’t take a lot of thought.

Deleted my post after seeing the detail revealed i.e. the price before the coupons etc.

Is it real ?
A bargain 5% below scrap metal value if genuine - seems too good to be true.

Yea as above it’s not strictly that price but after cash back etc it works out to be £263. Direct from BBP.

Only Fools and Horses where Trigger says he is using the same broom to sweep the streets after 50 replacement heads and 30 new handles ... or something to that effect. Well done in converting Nectar points etc into something "precious".

😂

Oh I mean I collected the nectar points it wasn’t an accumulation (eBay had 50x points for 1 hour only) so it was actually a great deal.

Not exactly precious metals, but not particularly cheap either!

A pair of 1.5-inch solid metal cubes.

The tungsten one weighs exactly 1kg, which feels unearthly heavy for something so small (unless you happen to have a 1kg gold bar!). In contrast, the aluminium (sorry, aloominum) cube feels unfathomably light and it's hard to believe it's not hollow.

Hi, I've been after some tungsten for a while, where did you get yours from?

I can guarantee I'd appreciate them more and I'm possibly you're 5th cousin😁

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

Silver Proof Gothic Crowns............I'm embarrassed to say I bought  these as a novelty and did not realise just how good they are, they are just as good as any Perth Mint silver proofs I've seen and that's high praise from me.  A great collectors set.

Nice coins but the video was impressive 👍

I do like them and would like to have them in my collection.....but with respect,,,they just don't have the WOW factor that I believe the RM will produce with their minting technology.

Regards

Minting techonlogy?............If this is representative of Alderney Islands Matt minting technology then they are utter light years in front for the Royal Mint, you are speaking with someone who's retuned more Matte SOTD Sovereigns than I've kept due to very poor quality.
