Decided I am not going to grade my 4 coin set. It is the first time I have ever had one and looks great in the box on my desk. Grading prices going up to like everything else I have seen.

Grade them if you ever decide to sell if grading is still in vogue then. Until then, enjoy them how you like.

There I am putting proof sets back together, I wonder how many of the 5 coin sets will end up being split up?

You won't go to coin heaven 😀

That hattons place has some more "platinum-gold" jubilee coins, this time featuring Her Majesty's Graces.

I really like that they are alloyed with 8.3% platinum instead of copper. I guess it would have been impossible for the Royal Mint to do something special like this.

I really like these as well. Definitely something different but at £1500 for the full set it's expensive. It has a 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and full. I'd love to own them but out of my price range unfortunately.

Anyone know anything about the Piedfort sets? I have heard there are 70 of them?

Saw one on fleebay for a whopping 31k surely they are not going to be worth that?

None left at the mint. All pre-sold to the Elite buyers of which I’m not. 😢

70 Mintage, a unique Platinum Jubilee year, and a Pattern Sovereign- and one of the most collected coins in the World, as well as a lovely design- I think over time £31k and more, will be commonplace.
