Hallo liebe Freunde,

You know you could use the like button instead of posting all these one-word replies, right? :P

I do use the like button when I like something, but as there is no button that says "stunning" then I shall write appropriately.

Have you an affliction towards letters?🥳

Received some excellent Grading results today from NGC.

A big thank you to @SilverMike for helping me appraise the older Sovereigns and crucially, encouraging me to submit them for grading, despite my heavy resistance to separate them from the sets they came from.

My new favourite Sovereign in my collection is this 1911 Proof- PF64 Ultra Cameo 🤩- including this one, only 9 Graded UC by NGC and only 4 Graded DCAM by PCGS 😲

Here's a 'before' photo of the 1911 Proof Sovereign

And After:

The other results are pleasing too, the 1911's baby brother and the 1937 George VI Sovereign particularly 🤩

Received the 1 oz silver Seymour Panther Proof.  When I first saw the computer rendering of the artwork I wasn't very fond of it.  But it really does look quite nice in hand.  I also received the 2021-W Proof Palladium Eagle.  This is the second one I have received as a replacement for the first, which had a large section of the field on the reverse side that was not polished to a mirror finish,  just raw metal.

Both great coins. But the eagle looks just amazing. What a stunning coin

Wow, such wonderful result! The 1911 proof almost looked like a different coin before and after. :D

The 1911 proof 1/2 Sov seems to have a strong frosting on the obverse.. Weird that NGC doesnt give it a cameo grade... but a PF64 Star is also great.

Having waited a few weeks On thus 5oz I find myself posting it back, along with the 10x 2oz proof QB set I have with milk marks. I have been getting some feedback that milk marks are coming up on proof QB coins months later. 5oz has a scratch /brush mark which is pretty obvious in picture. Can you find it?

Those buying silver in QB proof or Tudor QB proof silver series be very careful! You only gave a few weeks maybe month in which to return your coins to the mint.

Isn't this the very rare variety: "The pooping panther"?
