My thoughts to it was cameo before conservation and this looks 10x better.  Happy with a look upgrade though.

Es ist immer schön, wenn die Postdame klingelt und mir ein schönes Paket überreicht. Heute gab es 2 Stück 1/10oz Gold Tiger 2019 in farbigen Münzkarten der Komsco Mint (Auflage je 1500) sowie der Simpsons Familie auch auf Karte (Auflage 2500 Stück). Zum Schluss noch der neue Silber Adler der USA in Type II. Alles wunderbar und ich möchte dies gerne mit Ihnen teilen.

They must be AU, they are very pretty coins, and in really good condition too. That'd be part of my permanent collection I think something like that.

Anybody ever tried to contact Hermes regarding stolen or missing contents?

Their online automated reporting tool seems to be rubbish.

Wants a 16 digit tracking number, which is not present.

Fortunately, this was only for 3 Chinese fake coins, according to the e-mail.

Anybody else had problems with Hermes?

 

Additional information: The complete order from this seller was for 13 items, although the e-mail about it only said 3.

The letters and numbers that appear beneath the linear barcode is the 16 "digit" tracking number.

hermes the even worse service of fedex as what @BackyardBullion alluded too. Id had nothing but trouble with them I would never use anyone choses to use hermes. Espically PM's.... they are as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike good luck on getting your money back

Yikes, that's unfortunate isn't it 🤨

I think the number H00S0A0018849515 which is on the front of your package is the 16 digit number (although ofcourse it is not a number) and you have to take out the - dash marks, and have a good guess at whether the 0 is a 0 or a O, but apart from that it is fairly unhelpful as it jut says that your package has been delivered.

I tried H00S0A0018849515 with and without the dashes, and a few other numbers also.

Our son Duncan laughed when I showed him and mentioned Hermes, it seems they are less desirable than Herpes, as confirmed above.

Their report tool doesn't have a "missing contents" option.

Fortunately the value was quite low, but it's annoying and frustrating that Hermes are so bad.

You know that the 0 number in this tracking number H00S0A0018849515 is the number zero and not the letter O dont you, when I put that number into the Hermes website it works and says it has been delivered. I appreciate that it does not help you though with the loss of your coins, sorry about that, they are good looking coins, the fake ones you have been getting, very interesting posts on them...

I send up to 50 parcels a week via Hermes and in 3 years I've had 3 go missing which they gave me the money back for. I've had far more problems with other companies including royal mail. 

Call them rather than using there online service. I've always found there customer service to be ok.
