Have been stacking exclusively bullion coins so thought I should get something a bit more interesting. 

6 taels of silver - 1 x four tael bar and 2 x one tael round.

1 tael = 37.8g or 1.2 oz

Received these 193-235AD silver Denarii from @richatthecroft yesterday and I love to have these pieces of history in-hand. I might conserve and grade one (or three, or all five ).
Yes, I know the coins aren't exactly centered or on the right orientation. It just is what it is, apologies to anyone with OCD!

I also had this back from being reholdered, managed to get it cheap years ago on eBay, one night I was drinking and thought I over paid at £46 for this bad boy! I was obviously wrong so I thought I would treat it to a bit of a spruce up 😁 before and after shots…

Being here in Florida I get to see a lot of the treasure coins and have one myself from key west, they do scream history.

Are treasure coins available from British wrecks, I know the gairsoppa but any from Edinburgh or other old wrecks that are graded?.

Two coins arrived in a small package left on my doorstep an old style round pound and a one penny plus a note with some instructions 🤔

I placed a glass over both coins as instructed and rotated the glass around the coins and the penny vanished 😲

A bit disappointed loosing the penny 🤧

I also do like this series and your pictures are great indeed. The only note is that the side with the ship should be actually looked at with the ship upside down (and thus with readable ship's name), as this is the Shipwreck series :))

Love this - it is a constant source of frustration for me that both NGC and PCGS occasionally place coins (I know this is subjective!) the 'wrong' way around. I know that it is a matter of taste, but I think there is generally a majority approval on some coins - including the 2016 set.

I have previously picked up this beautiful Queens Beast Completer coin from @Dazzlinh. I sadly missed out on picking up the designs of this beautiful Queens Beast coin series. I am going back and pick them up as I hope to have the set at some point in the future

Since deciding last year to fill some tubes of coins and getting 2 empty Philharmonic tubes I have been plugging away. Picked up a few great deals here on the forum, the rest here and there. Got the last 2 at the weekend when Atkinsons very sportingly put some pre owned Phil's up despite spot falling!

A full tube of coins feels nice and weighty in the hand. Makes me want more..... Another tube of these and then on to something different.
