My silver proof Memorial 50p arrived this morning.  But what I noticed was that the Certificate was not numbered.  Is this a new cost cutting measure from the RM - or do I have a rarity?

I believe that's because there was no mintage number limit for these memorial proofs, just the end of sales date - 31.12.2022

They did not have an edition limit, so I wouldn't expect them to be numbered.

Do you think this will mean that the proof sovereign certificates will not be numbered?

Sorry about the second post but slightly improved pics - also the obverse feels like an old style proof strike rather than the ones the Queen was using. The reverse in my opinion is too cluttered when viewed from a distance but spectacular close up. It’s a nice coin tbf.

Interesting to see that people started receiving there orders again. I agree about the "cluttered" look but still a nice coin in my opinion. To answer the previous question asked by @Zhorro do the sovereigns come with numbered certificates, thanks?
