Took this photo the other day as I wave farewell to it all. This is for my kids, they like the sets specially the Kookaburra and some of the little ones in the second pic. The bars, tubes and cases with date runs are going into secure storage only to be visited when added to.

All the single coins I’m now selling off to add to Sovereigns or Brits. Well that’s the plan unless something tempts me 😆

I got to getme some boxes for my sets, 9nly got my brit set in a box, lunars, privateers, beasts, swans, egyptians, shipwrecks etc all loose.

Besides being handy, help you focus on the date run gaps 😁 which is how I landed here on a mission in early May. My new sense of order logic, if it’s not in a box or tube, it can’t be worth keeping!

Brings me discipline to a messy stack inherited, so I focus on what I really want to stack or collect.

First stack photo 6 months work 

Started with silver coins, moved to bars, moved to gold lol and added a 1oz platinum today 

Not like some of stacks on here but the silver forum has given me a hobby and building something for the kids love this place!

I have moved from collecting then stacking the silver to gold to high premium silver to jewelry, itsc all good and hopefully profitable, the kids get it all in the end but it doesn't mean we can't have fun with it while we're alive, I plan on 30 year of fun before I shuffle off at least.

My first stack photo inspired by the post above. Started in August with just stacking in mind but I've now got the bug for graded half sovs. I'll try and buy anything thats shiny and I think is a good deal though 😂

Ha, hard to avoid the draw of the shiny stuff... I’m still sticking with bullion or great deals at the moment but it’s only a matter of time before I succumb!

My very modest stack started late August. Focused mostly on  getting fractional gold with decent prices just above Spot (like CPM ingots). Favourite coin probably the 4 Ducat (which wasn't part of the original plan  ), followed by the Double Sov.

Originally stacking bits of silver back in Oct 2017-Dec 2018 then stopped for a few years and have only got back in to it since August this year. Gold wasn’t started until August this year as well so still only a small amount (when the odd bit of over time allows). Long term plan (as long as I don’t need to cash any in) is to leave it all to my 3 kids to split. Won’t buy them a house (or even enough for a deposit) but hopefully by the time I’m done in this world they’ll be enough for a big piss up if nothing else!!!

Ha ha the plan was good value fractional gold as bullion - not to get drawn in to buying 'pretty' coins. Although the the 4 Ducat was very affordable as still a bullion coin!

A little over 100oz silver, 72.5g gold. Want to add some more bars, fill a tube of brits & phil's, and as much gold as finances will allow. Have thoroughly enjoyed putting this together and admiring other stacks here on TSF.

1 month in, there are three Britannia's of different dates not in the picture too. There are a few more bits of silver I'm after, and a couple of commitments on here, then I'm chasing gold as much as possible. The majority of what I have was found on here. There's a great community on here and a lot of really good people.

Started stacking this year in April and now that I passed the 1oz Gold threshold, I figured it's a good time to document what I managed to accumulate so far. I also wanted to get to 100oz Silver but I'm a bit short of it for the moment (88oz so far).

Here's mine at the moment.  I think I've done most of my physical buying now. 

I'll add a bit more gold in 2021 and 2022 and maybe a bit more Platinum.  

The second picture includes a couple of BU 5 sovereigns (2017 and 2018) plus a BU 1/10 oz 2016 Monkey, and a 2005 sovereign that I won as first prize in a 10km race that year.

The coins at the bottom are spares/duplicates and are effectively the stacking element, to sell when I choose to.  I see most, or all, of the rest of it as a collection, to sell if I absolutely need to (hopefully never) 😉
