I've received a couple of proof half sovereigns over the past week or so:

1) a 2018 with the "65" mint mark (N.B. the full sovereign version does not have the streamer on the helmet), and

2) a 1999.

All the full sovereigns from 2009 onwards do not have streamers coming from the helmet,  but as you point out the other values still do.
