Today I Received.....

Message added by ChrisSilver

The Today I received section is for private individuals to share items they have purchased for their collection / as part of their investment.

The Today I received section is not to be used for businesses to promote their business. Trade members and those operating as a business in the eyes of the forum are invited to enquire about a Dealer Sub Forum, where you may start your own Today _____ received topic to post your commercial purchases. E.g. The Today Chards Received..... topic.

It's fine just show the wife the coins and show her the price which is clearly printed on the coins. Mine was livid when she worked out I'd spent £425 on 4 ozs and a quarter 😏

4 1/4 ozs of gold for £425? You're showing your age.

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

Think how happy she'll be at selling time. She'll think you're a financial genius! Good work fella.

No look... RM do this specially so when the Mrs asks how much you just wasted on those stupid coins that don't even work in the shops.... You can show her this and after a bit of a telling off you can go on your way 😏

As they are mythical I guess there is no name for a large grouping of Yales, so I will say they are a herd.  That's a mighty herd of Yales you have there 😍

Hahaha  , yeah they're not all mine but I'm definitely keeping a good few of them for myself 😁😁👍👍

I decided to buy my first coin last Thursday after joining the forum. Started with a 1/4oz Britannia and decided I would only get myself one a month and not be silly.

Five days later I now have a 1oz Britannia, 1oz TB Yule of Beaufort, 1/4oz TB Lion of England, a 2022 double sovereign and three sovereigns. There's also a 1oz TB Lion due tomorrow and a 5 sovereign BU on back order with RM.

You're all bad influences 😁
