I think if some of these start to be shipped out in the next few weeks there will be an uptick when people start sharing them on social media and YouTube.

I had the same , but I have couple of orders pending from last week. It would be so much better if they tell the order number  that is dispatched.

They're not struck yet.  They're supposed to be sent out in January.

The numbers sold seem a bit low, and yet the queues have been very long all day.  When I got on this morning, the queue was huge.

Window shoppers or tyre kickers this was heavily advertised so I’d imagine a lot had a look and thought nope save the money for the gas bill

I think The Royal Mint made a big mistake by not limiting the mintage numbers!

Even if they had 100,000 or 200,000 as mintage numbers that would have helped. But having it open for unlimited is a big mistake.

I think we have to consider that a lot of people have a few windows open when demand is like this. Also people didn’t know what was on offer and what the prices were until they’d reached the end of the queue.
