Nice coins.  I’ve been struggling go find any good deals lately, the prices on eBay are a rip off.

Just under £36 I paid for this little lot including postage, got lucky with a seller on ebay, the bargains are out there but they're few and far between

Update: just worked out that the Morgan dollar was about £11.50 posted, camera doesn't pick it up but the lustre, wow, the hair on the eagle breast is so crisp

Disappointing mail call today, look at the condition of the top left, a beauty, this was to go into the album, unfortunately that one along with the other two on the top row are counterfeit,

How do you test them? What do you look for?

Seller has gave refund for the fakes, but I'm gutted the real ones are the worst of the quality

Weight, that was under by 2.5 to 3 grams, and when a magnet sticks to it, not a good sign lol

Thats not too bad then, I always photograph stuff close up when I sell it, even if it was one of my modern coins I was selling for 5p.

I feel like I've overpaid for the scraps now, as I had my eye on the nice one top left for the album and I was expecting the 1 peseta to be 2 pesetas (double the weight) , not sure what happened there but oh well

I believe it was a genuine mistake, it has been fully rectified now so I've only paid scrap
