The Today I received section is for private individuals to share items they have purchased for their collection / as part of their investment.

The Today I received section is not to be used for businesses to promote their business. Trade members and those operating as a business in the eyes of the forum are invited to enquire about a Dealer Sub Forum, where you may start your own Today _____ received topic to post your commercial purchases. E.g. What started out as a lovely gesture from @HerefordBullyun quickly turned into a horror, this idiot asked his wife to open it and boy did her eyes light up. Divorce is now likely on the cards🤣

I did promise you a bully coaster!

I heard they have developed anti-milking technologies in Canada. Not sure about Aussie ones because I don't own terribly many of their coins. I should like some in the future

The Perth Mint have excellent silver bullion quality and I believe Canada has introduced a technique for anti-milking prevention on their Maples. I think it was after 2014 but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Overall, I find the Perth mint silver coins the best but their designs are hit and miss.

The RM Britannia coins are getting worser every year. 2020 was a good batch. 2021 and 2023 (both heads) were horrible quality.

It's not just the bullion Britannia... I have two 1oz silver coronation proof both stored air-free, and still there are lots of milk spots on them. A lot! And the spots look like some chemical spillage

No🤣.

33 is a fantastic number, Scottish Rites, numerology etc. Best of all it was the personal cypher of Francis Bacon the Elizabethan spy and generally good bloke.

I use the number for loads of things, perhaps I am a reincarnation of my ‘beloved Bacon’ 💛😁

A coin is not only a store of value but a store of beauty.

That’s why I stopped collecting the TB proof sets. I avoid RM silver bullion and proofs if I can help it. Not worth the disappointment.

I just go with the gold. There are tonnes of silver PF69 but most gold get PF70. It seems different standards apply as well.

It's nice that you've found a significant date.  Plus, Machins are a nice design.

The Sovereign is the quintessentially British coin.  It has a German queen on the front, an Italian waiter on the back, and half of them were made in Australia.

The £2 coin is to censor the image as you can imagine what the mind of bully dreams up!
