This has happened to us....had empty boxes returned to us that had clearly been deliberately damaged to remove the contents. I sent several e-mails to the complaint department and each reply was the same.....make a claim. They would not entertain the idea a member of their staff could possibly steal it...i was told it is all automated. Well the pen that was used to gouge the box open clearly was not automated!!! We did fight the fact they were not going to cover the excess charges and the postage, that they were not going to pay for at first as i was told they delivered the parcel to me. They did in the end send a second payment to cover both so keep complaining.
