One thing i dont understand is ? why buy gold in fiat currency, Then sell it in fiat currency. Surely it makes sense to exchange it for nothing but less than another Commodity  . or am i missing something .  Enjoy the gig

i guess because fiat currency is the widely use way of making payments or transactions hence you buy gold to preserve your fiat currency depreciation (hold it against inflation)

unless the economy is exchanging goods rather than using a currency

otherwise fiat currency is what we are dealing with day to day basis.

£1 today does not equal to £1 tomorrow but gold value in weigh is always whatever weigh they are in

imo

correct me if im wrong

gold is going south in USD terms.   bonds and short end cash are paying 3 to 4 per cent. levels unheard of for 15 years !  the stock market is on the cusp of a 2 year boom..   think sub 1250 quid an ounce for a while. especially if ukraine ***** the Russians this year

It gets resurrected every so often, some unsuspecting new member stumbles on that tragic comedy.

Do you have a link to the famous 'Wonga' thread? I'm an unsuspecting new member who has no idea what you guys are talking about when the established forum members here speak of this enlightened sage you call Wonga.

All you need to remember is that the number 4 is a very significant number when stacking any type of precious metals imo

LFTV.  live from the vault.   Spot price is immaterial. its just an illusion.

Thanks 4 this. Can you please clarify 4 us the significance of the number 4.

It seems quite a random statement hinting at deeper meaning, I have no idea what it means either however I will be using it myself  going forward.

Love it - I will print that off. 😛
Im watching $1805 or their abouts.
If its doubled up with a market sell off (very probable) - I will buy the miners.

In the broader market i am amazed at the speculation gambling going on.
Dont these idiots know we are half way through a bear market & will get burnt. 😛
