  1. £1,937.35 per 31.1034768 grams
  2. Many thanks to the night shift. But when I said £1950. I didn't really mean, Hit £1950 then after 3:00am play cards or what ever you guys get up to. Look at it £1919 and dropping. See What I did there @treetop1280. One for you there buddy now your into gold. "Make it so"
  3. Off for a kip. If the night shift could do their best to push it up to £1950 that would be great.
  4. Nah, the girl at Starbucks was so impressed with it she had to hold it for the pictures. Come to think of it that might be why the other pic's were blurry.
  5. You bloody ignored @ZRPMs for days, shame on you. Can you here something @James32. Is someone trying to say something.
  6. 1910, That's a zero on the end by the way
  7. Sorry tried to read it but but the time I got to Shanghai Futures. The voice in my head stopped working. Bullet points we need Gold up, Yay Gold down, Boooo Knick's on someone's floor after a four. Oh er.
  8. This gold thread. Mental, Here's a choice to make or Seeing as were monitoring them as well. I prefer the mankini myself
  9. Sovereign and Half Sovereigns might be good but watch the premium. Get them as close to spot as you can. The ounce coin is a great coin but more and more folk are getting squeezed out of the ounce market. Purely by the ever upward march of the gold price. You can sell 4 sovereigns to 4 different people if needed to, but an ounce needs to be bought by one person.
  10. Best ever answer to the price manipulation. That has to have won the internet, not just for last night but for the rest of the week.
  11. @treetop1280 Hi buddy if you really only want to ease yourself in to the gold collecting I do have a 1/50 Krugerrand. Sadly it's not CGT friendly and HMRC might try to claw some of your profits when you sell.
  12. I go out for a few hours, come back and you've let it fall below £1900. What's happened.
  13. That will cost $10,000/ounce to mine, whilst the over-supply of gold would see its price drop to $100/ounce. To be fair. It was my feeble attempt at a funny. Hence the use of Buzz Lightyear. I realise it would be uneconomical to mine an asteroid and return it to earth. Besides the technology needed. Although I had seen a documentary about landing on an asteroid. The soundtrack was ok.
  14. Light weight, There's asteroid's out there full of gold
  15. Oh the memory. My good fellow, I remember, I had one of those confounded things some time ago. It was very upsetting. One had to retired to the drawing room for a brandy before cook had even prepared lunch
  16. Got 2 1997 but both look to have been handled.
  17. Just checked. Nothing graded for those half's.
