£85 to deliver it.... Wtf? Was delivery not added on point of sale?

That's £12 handling fee added by Parcelforce, £43 quid VAT (not applicable but they put it on anyway) and £30 Import tax also added but not applicable, spoken to others some have had no charges added , some have had just import tax I seem to be only one that's been hit with all 3. And yes carriage paid at purchase. Not happy ATM.

i got handling and VAT. About to go to HMRC to get it back. Parcelforce hold until paid, if you don’t pay it gets sent back. It’s up to you then to claim back from HMRC

Oh wow..... That's what puts me off buying from abroad. So far I've been lucky and not had any added charges but it does put me off buying more from overseas.

Stunning photo, @James32 told me how good your images were @DrDave but seeing them is like seeing something in a whole new light. Absolutely brilliant photography work, truly remarkable 👏

I am grateful to @richatthecroft for this Platinum Jubilee £25 beauty (and for permission to use his photographs as they are much better than I could manage).

I really like to colour of the gold and it is a coin I have been watching out for.
