If you have ever opened a box and a load of shredded paper has landed on your carpet, then you too have probably bought from the "shredder" @Troy77 Sells some lovely stuff tho.
I have a few of these, that looks like a lovely example of one.

Another addition I'd wanted to add to my 1977 collection and managed to get a few % over spot at the time, so quite happy.
1977 Canadian $100 Silver Jubilee Proof Coin
Came complete with box, case and coa all in good condition. Will be sent to NCS for some love to get rid of the surface marks.

I guess ten years younger gives some more quality choices! 🧐
On the other hand I don't think there were any circulating coins then, so options are limited to proofs only. Good luck with your collection and it would be nice to present it all together at a point.
Once i get these back, ill visit the bank and take some photos of the entire collection.

Incredible coins, I can only dream 70s for my 1967 collection. 🤓
Are you going only for gold 1977 ones?
Thanks - getting a 70 for a 40+ year old coin is pretty amazing, im always chuffed to bits if i get a 70! Focus mainly on the gold ones, but have things like the silver crowns, proof coin sets from other countries too. Some of those I grade, some I don't.

This one is stunning! I love the shape and its pointy edges 😍. Which mint/country is it from?
Thanks!
Its from the Netherlands. It was produced by Franklin Mint I believe - I do have the original packaging stashed away somewhere. I agree, its a cracking coin.

NGC census update day provided me with some results for my growing 1977 collection... pretty happy with most of these - all went for NCS treatment. Random selection to show the diversity in shapes, sizes and designs;
Oh, and I have some before pics of the Bermuda coins prior to submission and NCS... check these out and how they look now!

And a few gold coins for the collection? I guess I'm a collector, now (thanks @richatthecroft).
2002 PF70 set... lovely!

They are always based by the toilets upstairs, huge table full of modern proofs, impressive display. Guy looks like a cross between a used car salesman from the 80's and beetlejuice... honestly best description I can give.

I don't know their name, they have the same pitch each time. I refuse to deal with him after hearing how he spoke to some poor old chap wanting to get a price on a proof sovereign he bought. He literally destroyed this old guy saying he had bought junk and it's worth scrap at best. There is a way to deal with customers and that isnt it.

Flying visit from me but nice to see some familiar faces and meet new ones. Left without spending so that's a win for me!

Other half is having her hair done and then meeting a friend for lunch so assuming I wake early enough it's highly likely I'll be there as I'll have a get out of jail free card being able to get there and back none the wiser

I will try to attend as I do like a wander around, I will have to leave wallet at home though or risk buying shiny shiny stuff.
