Well if you have already bought it obviously you thought it was worth buying.

Two sets of 10 have just sold on here for £650 each.

It's your set pal do whatever you want with it, there is no right or wrong.

This may or may not be one for the flippers but I like the design. I'm not really a sov collector but I like the the different reverse designs on the special sovs, so I'll add this one to my collection.

Got 2 half sovs that was all I wanted.

Buy what you actually like, because re collecting for kids they may have no interest in coins/ bars when they to 16/18 & just cash the lot in.

I like them & as a collector these are reasonably priced just getting 3 X 1oz silver . I'm leaving the 10 oz for now but if anyone buys a lump of them & wants to swap one (three graces) for a 10oz una & lion I have 10 of those lol, I'll swap one.

There is a big difference between investing & trading. If as you state you want to invest, most of the UK banks have a fairly decent platform for investing, I use Halifax bank for my ISA & also use it for my so called Share dealing account.

For more adventurous dealing/trading options etc I use Saxo bank which is a Danish bank with offices in London. The platform is good but I don't think it is really suitable for a new investor, I only signed up because it allows me to write options on my heavyweight shares something Halifax doesn't offer.

So as a newbie I would avoid CFDs Options etc you as will likely lose all your money. Gain some experience as an investor 1st ie don't attempt to run before you can walk. IMHO these are fairly dangerous times for investing & especially trading for obvious reasons.

Something I've noticed over the years, the Germans seem to quite like coloured coins as well as the standard coins we all collect. If anyone is looking to sell try ebay de although our friends in Germany will have the same grief as us re VAT on purchases.

@Pete I've just looked at sold lunar mouse in Germany 156 euros is for the 1/2oz mouse, if you have seen a 2oz lunar 2 mouse in good condition for 150 euros message me & I'll buy it.

My own thoughts & experience as a lunar collector for 20 years which are very similar to ebay sold prices.

The rest £55-£65 give or take a few £ss
