How can you be sure you sent the right one?

If I was into grading ,I'd send both.

I would agree. I haven't graded many coins, but there is quite a overhead in doing one if you do it yourself (postage if I remember, unless you can drop it off and pick it up ).

I would price up doing one, and two, and send them both anyway probably

Strange way of working but I believe you will over the next day or two.

Hopefully not lol.

Just received my 4oz.......yep apparently I ordered two without realising 🤣

There was a small blip at the payment stage on release day ( I say blip but maybe overexcited on my part ) who knows lol.

But what I do know is that after just checking bank a second payment has just went out so 🤷

Happy mistake 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️

Iassume the single arms order gets cancelled due to the 1 coin policy the RM have ? If not, you have got lucky :)

That was not the case for me. I accidentally ordered both and they sent 2 quartered arms coins. I had no issue with it.

That happened to several of us on here. I received 2 as well after ordering the quartered arms and the continuity.

Result lol.

There was no continuity option for me ( high queue number) but still very happy as now ive kind of doubled my chances of getting the portrait.

Option 1) queue as normal but highly unlikely to get anything considering all the allocated continuity sets ( very diminished numbers are likely to be available)

Option 2) either trade one of these for a spare portrait or sell and purchase a portrait at a secondary price.

Feel a lot better about March now 🙂

The date is MMXXI

M= One Thousand, therefore MM is two thousand.

X is ten, so XX is twenty

and I is one,

so, the date is two thousand and twenty-one.

I assumed he was asking about the obverse. But perhaps I was mistaken. I personally was looking out for potential mistakes on the obverse for newly minted ones.

I am assume we are also expecting 2021 on the portrait, on the obverse?

The Alderney has the original date on the reverse, one of many things going for it imo including a Jody Clark 'gothic Liz' portrait and more faithful weight and purity (plus they're already graded 70s) :)

On the other hand the Latin inscription is spelled wrong

The Latin mistake makes me smile.

Did they send them together or separately?
