That's not super cool. It's simply more evidence of the RM's quality control, or rather lack of it.

Not at all, I completely disagree.

As is your right.

If you went and bought a shiny new car and the hide on the drivers chair was at a 90 degree angle to the hide on the passengers chair you'd be having words with the dealer. This is no different.

I see poor product I call it poor product, and that's my last word on the matter.

Are they for sale?

Not mine to sell.

The owner will have that decision to make and It's going to be a really difficult one to price.

If the owner would be willing to sell I would be interested in obtaining a couple to collected.

Price? How about an auction?

At this time they are not for sale.

I hope to be involved in these coins future and of course we can look to what might come of them.

This is the very start of the journey for them and only time will tell what happens.

Well, we have found something super cool!

2023 Silver Britannias with The Queen on them....

Some of them might have a 90 degree rotation of The Queen!

Super cool.

Confirmed by The Royal Mint, we sent coins off to them to check and verify!

Have a listen of my video!

Are you filming that at the "right angle"?

I know people love to use it as an excuse to bash RM quality control (fair enough!), however, I think @BackyardBullion has a great point here.

There's serious money in misprints/mistrikes, etc. I've linked a part of this YouTube video where a $1 bill goes for 700x the face value - all because it is a misprint! Frankly, I suspect people will be cracking open tubes to check if they also have errors too. The less there are, the more the ones that exist are worth...

I can't say I would be upset with an error. As long as it was confirmed as from RM and the coin checked out on both sides (i.e., not a counterfeit).

Take it then you don’t want one?🤔😁🧐

Well done on the video however I don't agree with you when you rank this error above the Horse Mule.
The horse mule used the wrong pairing of dies not just a rotation of 90 degrees.

When the first Horse mules were discovered they were initially selling for around £1,000 each ( maybe twice this in the USA ) before rapidly dropping to nearer £100.
Then some German sellers started dumping them and the price came back down to Earth with a nominal premium.
Not sure current market value but pity those few early collectors that paid an enormous amount for them.
Only wish I had sold mine ( discovered months later after I opened the tube ) whilst the price was high.

Nope. Don't touch silver with a barge pole most of the time, certainly not RM garbage - only exception being the kilo Beast Completer coin. I'm a sucker for a nice big kilo lump, Perth Mint produces plenty enough to keep my interest.

I see your point but this is nowhere near a comparison, personally though, my OCD would make me sell one if i got one as it does look wrong but boy oh boy would i want a hefty premium for it...

These are rare and sought after, not like a bit of dodgy car interior 😂

It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.

I don't know what all the fuss is about.

All those american coins have a 180 degrees error in rotation and no one gets over excited about them.🙄

I've got a few hundred Victorian young head coins with a similar problem.
