Wow I feel bad for the OP on this thread.

I'm just reading this post today April 9th, 2020. It looks like the OP got out at the worst time. Gold has done nothing but soar since then until about now. I'm into Precious Metals for the long haul. Hopefully, some day that pays off for me or my family down the road. Most likely I'll leave my stack to my Son or his Children.

On page 3 of this thread @sixgun references that in April 2017 the person who flogged all his premium Gold asked advice on Gold buying- you could perhaps do a search and find it?

It's abundantly obvious that I read that post otherwise I would be asking about it. And it's also abundantly obviously I couldn't find it searching hence asking in this thread if anyone can link it or remember the title...

There is absolutely no need for you to come back with your sarcastic drivel.  

Your tone is offhand, unfriendly and frankly rude and I think an apology is due. 

When threads are this long, sometimes you miss something small but important- I know I do and it’s often helpful if someone points it out.

Just today i was told i had made a stupid suggestion about taking a food parcel to a food bank, you know in these times when food banks are more needed than usual.

I don't want to rush into buying when spot is so high,

@sixgun For an extremely vulnerable person who has been ordered to stay home for 12 weeks by her consultant and who received a food parcel in line with government action, I think your comment was out of order and pretty stupid, yes. The person concerned is NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE HER HOUSE FOR 12 WEEKS. I stand by my comment.  If you are offended, tough it out.

At the point i posted you had given no information about your relative - other than they have an unwanted food parcel and possibly (b/c it is not clear) they are registered as 'Extremely vulnerable' - which could be for any number of reasons. i checked back several pages to see whether i have missed something but i couldn't see any posts from you.

So i guess i must be psychic or telepathic perhaps to know all the circumstances - i must be b/c otherwise called my suggestion very stupid would at the very least be unfair and unfounded.

Well I wasn't aware that any council normally delivers food parcels to residents without good reason @sixgun  As this issue of delivering food parcels to the vulnerable and extremely vulnerable has been in the news recently, and this  discussion was about Covid-19  I stupidly thought that members on here would have realised what I was talking about.
