Well, that's the way it is, for me there's no going back to this series, then it's just not complete. I'm consistent and stubborn about that. Thank you for your feedback. Maxe.

The photos are rather good - it's nice to see folks putting effort into getting decent pics of the coins.

The Sovereign is the quintessentially British coin.  It has a German queen on the front, an Italian waiter on the back, and half of them were made in Australia.

Ahh, I do like coins with tanks on. There should be more!

Weirdly, I think the oldest coin with a tank on dates from 1981 (or 1980 if you think an 8-wheeled IFV is a tank). I find it bizarre that there were no circulating tank coins during WW2, as there were plenty of stamps with tanks on at that time. Happy to be proven wrong of course!

There is an ongoing 12-coins series issued by Czech Mint on behalf of Niue. I assume, however, they are quite difficult to obtain. Also, unfortunately, the texts on accompanying cards are in Czech language only.

Also, before the war, there were 2 coins produced by private mint in Russia, as well on behalf of Niue.

Some workmanship in those... very nice

They're very nice for a BU coin.  If LGM's other offerings weren't all expensive proofs I could be quite the Carmen Testa fanboy.

These rounds really do honour both the military and those who serve, have served and will serve.

It is a really beautiful coin and a true work of art. I never tire of looking at it (although I would never grade/lock away a coin in a slab I prefer to see the unobstructed metal with the naked eye). There are a few really beautiful £25 coins that I would like, especially 2023 KCIII 75th Birthday and 2022 Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II commemoratives.
