Checked my account and it said last weekend on closed orders that my 5oz had been despatched. But there was no tracking number and no money had been taken. I emailed customer services on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and have not received a single response.

I had the same issue  with my sovereign set. I phoned customer service and the lady chased dhl by email. I got the tracking within an hour. Poor show regarding emails though.

It's all seems a bit inconsistent.

I got a dispatch email yesterday (first for quite some time). The charge wasn't on my account or pending yesterday, but has appeared today.

At least I know its definitely my Gothic Crown order now, and looking forward to lunchtime when the postman normally arrives.

Contacted them and the 5oz closed order which said “dispatched” was an error……confirmed still waiting for the coin to be sent…..makes sense as no money has been taken yet. They need an IT person in there to tidy up their website.

Is this what folks have in open orders for continuation set? I had a separate order for quartered arms, just wondering if another may be dispatched soon.

Iassume the single arms order gets cancelled due to the 1 coin policy the RM have ? If not, you have got lucky

Aye, so it’s the norm to have a separate order for quartered arms only that moves to closed orders when dispatched and then the order as above remains in open orders for the portrait ?

I snagged a single quartered arms, with an order number starting with E-******

I was then able to upgrade the order to a continuity one with the order ref no. 4***** As a result, the single order ref no E********* was cancelled and moved to closed order (the error being in my case that it had a dispatched notice). It hadn’t been dispatched as it had been cancelled and replaced with a continuity order ref no 4***** as mentioned earlier.
