Glad things came without issue Heirlooms, its a strange situation because while its actually not goldsilver.be who messed up the delivery, it is them that are refusing to help and making it extremely difficult for no real reason. I mean excluding their insanely awful customer service.
You have hit the nail on the head, it’s the complete lack of customer service that is the deal breaker here. If they had only bothered to reply to any of the 5 messages and email I sent, a sorry and please return for a refund, I would probably kept them as it was a lot of hassle.
The ‘stick your head in the sand’ approach to customers issues is a RED light to me. It’s a shame as I’d love to use again, however I’m not one to risk money unnecessarily.

I wouldn’t touch them. If you do s search on the company and then search on the named directors, it’s hard to understand how they would have time to run any of the 100 other companies they are listed as owning!
One of which is The Westminster Collection, noticed the similarities on the website.
cpmcoins have changed their company name a couple of times, most recently in 2018, perhaps why it’s hard to find any reviews?

In my experience well over 50% of business that advertise on FB turn out to be scam. FB seems to make no effort whatsoever to remove these scam artists, prefers to profit from them and create a virtual Wild West.
With this advert, it just seems to good to be true. A company has overheads, packaging, postage, employees, unless this is a loss leader product, this sounds to good!

I focus on price. Buying mostly from Germany now.
I find chards really uncompetitive. But am willing to be proven wrong.
This is a useful tool, developed by a TSF member and open for all members to use for free, no hidden motives.
Chards are consistently in the top 3 positions, when in stock.

£27 now. Id stay clear of Chards. Prices are silly.
Never saw one thing worth buying on there that wasnt much cheaper elsewhere.
That’s simply not true. Plenty of coins on site that are the cheapest available.
Its there customer service that really wins out, again and again!
I discovered today that the payment had failed on my order yesterday at £22.16. Any other dealer would have said sorry, you need to reorder at today’s spot (nearly £70 more!). They went that extra mile, checked yesterday’s order, could see it failed and honoured the price.
Thats people over profit.
Im not sure where you are shopping Ape, I wish you’d share.

There customer service is non existent. I had 2 Platinum 1oz coins arrived scratched due to their poor shipping. Their tactic was to try their very best to ignore the problem.
The packaging was so amateur. 2 coins rattling around in a large, old fashioned wooden Monster Box. The box was actually beautiful but overkill. Just tragic that they couldn’t be bothered to wrap each coin up?! Bizarre.
Sh@t happens, we all make mistakes. Trying to ignore such a problem is just silly.
Like you gents I won’t be using them again and they could easily have had tens of thousands of pounds worth of business this year alone.

I’ve heard confident predictions from very levelled mouths, talking of silver reaching 3 figures an Oz by the end of the year.

Well done @adamthetaller another well deserving winner!

The VAT bill at this price point is huge too...
I think it’s generally being priced around the point dealers feel it should be worth. There is no doubt it’s presently very undervalued.

You are on!
I’m going to clean up here! Not only will I be counting my coins on the extra profit my silver stack is reaping, I’ll be collecting all of these bets in! 😉

You were less confident in April @InvestInCoins888?
Was I?
Ive been expecting a price correction in 2020, I think as a useful precious metal that still has industrial uses, it seems very inexpensive.
Perhaps I may have been more optimistic about the price it could reach (or I want it to reach), however Ive definitely been preaching a price correction is imminent for at least a year.

I agree, if it can break out of the channel it's been in and over $18.50 by late August and clear into $19 then it's looking good for running up to $50
If there's another stock market crash and liquidity issue maybe we will see it down to to $11.60 again briefly but that would be the safest bet in the world to go all in on
Silver is drastically undervalued right now. A price correction is imminent. Definitely an opportunity to make some short term cash, rare in the PM markets.

Thanks for the advice! Do you have to be patient and act quickly to take advantage of these better prices on premium or are they quite regular? As a (new) non paying member I generally see prices on trade around £20-£23 which it seems people tend to pay.
Once a day, for sure. Tube of Britannia’s up no at £19 an Oz. Yesterday some silver was up for £18 something an Oz...

I'm new as well but if you do a bit of searching, a lot of the European sites are selling close to £20 (+p&p). Still seems quite high but you've got to start somewhere I suppose!
If you watch the trade section here you’ll see mint condition coins beat those prices. Worth an upgrade of membership fees for sure!
Silver Monitoring Thread £ (GBP) only.

In all likelihood we are going to be looking at paying £30 an Oz under current prices.
I think the good news is, I believe, a long way off the peek. Internationally there are no reasons I can see to interrupt this rally.
I don’t think you’ve missed the boat just yet gents!
