Another audacious launch!  I should have charged more for a simpler conversion kit...

And with JUST 70 available, this product will not be available for long, so you'll need to act fast.

Uh huh :D

As I stated previously, I think the RM has bitten off more than it can chew.  There are way too many releases at one time, which not only drains the pockets of collectors, but all these releases are tying the RM's hands in terms of production and shipment.  It will soon be like the U.S. Mint where buyers need to pre-order and then wait months for the coin to be produced.  I realize that the Queen's jubilee is a timing thing, but the other coins could have been better spaced.

I do collect stamps, but nowhere to the extent of my coin collection.  I ended up ordering the limited edition souvenir stamp book and a FDC from Royal Mail.  That's it for me on the Jubilee.  I will NOT buy mugs, dishes, spoons, or what not.  Besides these stamps, I have 3 silver Jubilee piedforts, a proof Sovereign, and a SOTD Sovereign.  Enough for me.  Now, on to Henry VII and the Gothic Crown (part 2).

It looks like the SOTD will be on sale on Sunday.  I wonder if the phone lnes will also be open?

I very much doubt the phone lines will be open,  no way will Anne Jessopp sign off on all that double time!!  I'm still amazed they have not chucked an extra £100 on this coin with everyone working on a Sunday.

It feels like the whole place is going to be awash with overtime. The exhibition centre is running guided tours on Sunday all the way from 8am to 8pm!

Agreed.  And I knew absolutely nothing about the Seymour Panther set.

We knew about the 2-coin set since it had been on the website with Coming Soon since last year.

But we didn’t know it was to be released today until earlier today (my time) when I got the email about it.

The email about the Jubilee PNCs came in after the release for me.

What was the difference between the 2 coins..I did look on the RM's site....but they just had a photo of 1 coin..I think it was 1000 mintage...?

Not me!  When I get them home, I pretend I'm a RM employee.  I break the coins out of their holder, bite them to make sure they're real, throw them against the wall to hear the ping, step on them, and let my cat lick them.  Then, and only then, I put them back in their holder, put on my fine cotton gloves, and then proudly add them to my collection.

Don't forget the QC sticker :D
