What's interesting: this time different Germania BU weights, i.e. 1, 2, 10 Oz and 1Kg will have slightly different designs :)

I believe that every year starting from 2021 they have  different designs for BU versions (more background for the larger sizes), but you are right the Germania model is in motion in the 2023 version

😲2023 Canada - Ice Age – Smilodon Sabre-tooth Cat is the most ugly coin I ever seen from the Canadian Royal Mint!!!!

I think whoever design this coin lacks any creativity for beauty.........☹️

Sigourney Weaver on the other side really looks like her though but her hair is a bit dodgy!!

It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.

Icons of inspiration - 6th coin in the series - MARIE CURIE 2023

Another very nice issue. One of the most beautiful Lady Liberties ever minted on a coin. I like this series very much, but was very disappointed with the quality of the last two issues. It would be a pity if APMEX did not pay more attention to quality with this one.

I like this series as well, and buy them also in blisters. I should have a closer look to check the quality though :)
