I'm sure this is correct, I mean, it must be right? The cost of living is indeed in crisis mode.

But, have you tried to book a Christmas Package this year (Hotel, Lunch, Dinner etc.?)

My usual haunts are sold out this year, at nearly £500 per head 😮

The Tories have created a new poverty – one so deep and vicious it requires Victorian vocabulary | Frances Ryan | The Guardian

4 million destitute - a living standard so sparse it should be consigned to history

More Britons to party at home this Christmas amid rising costs, says Tesco | UK cost of living crisis | The Guardian

Christmas ruined for four in 10 Brits who can’t afford it | The Independent

Despite the cost-cutting, Brits refuse to scrimp on alcohol 😂😂🍺🍷

In other news gold is doing it's usual weekly thing with a fractional decline when Asian markets open on. It's like gold is waiting for me to buy leveraged long ETFs on Friday and leveraged short ETFs on Sunday before completely changing its behaviour. Very tempting to go long/short on Friday/Sunday though, right? Seems to regularly go that way

It’s kind of weird to be the guy on the forum who always wants gold and silver to tank.  As the guy who is buying for the future, I hate these price spikes. 😂

I'm with you on this.
