  2. Welcome! LA County by Jove - spent some time there myself, looking for Cairo, took a wrong turn at the Zambezi and ended up in Hawthorne - that was an eye-opener. Have Fun Old Bean!
  3. The Chinese have retreated back behind the wall and sealed their ports, Putin has withdrawn from Ukraine, HM Govt has revoked all taxes on booze, fags and skittles and Unicorns roam free across a plethora of rainbows. And my doctor reckons I'll be fine when the pixie dust wears off.
  4. Gods I love claret at the weekend, well especially at the weekend, is the 2017 still available old bean? I've PM'd.
  5. The allure of the 2002 is unbearable - PM'd.

  7. I got into a spot of 'light' stacking just as a hobby really - I liked the look and feel of the coins and it was the coronation year with all the 'special' Brits and Sovereigns and suchlike. Then I started watching more of the podcasts - to be honest the American ones with the 'prepper' slant made me laugh, these folks are seriously nuts, but most of the Brits are fairly sober minded with 'collectible' enthusiasm mixed in. Then I watched one too many CobraStackers and his collectible enthusiasm started to rub off - next thing I know I'm up to my arse in Germania and Perth mint limited strikes, I swear I now dream of shooting freaking Kookaburras with an F35! But as for getting rich, it's never going to happen, I'm planning on divying my collection amongst an expanding number of grand kids so it'll be their headache at the end of the day. I just enjoy the whole experience as a somewhat expensive hobby. Maybe i should have stuck to gardening but there's just not the same buzz in getting your hands on a limited edition Duchy of Cornwall watering can.

  19. And whats the ratio of rockets that go awol v successful deliveries? If their rockets are as well maintained as their tanks I would'nt be in a hurry asking them for help. Ooh - now your talking.
  20. In tis day and age it's not so much the warhead that's the tricky bit - it's accurate & stable delivery systems.
