Anyone else keep refreshing the 2 oz gold page?

I was expecting Lizzie to be in gothic style too… what’s the deal with that?

One sold on eBay for £1450…

I was 464 in the queue and only the 2oz silver was left. Happy to have bagged one as I have one silver 2oz of the whole series now. 
 

What would be the ideal ‘fair launch’ ?

I think this way is the best way of launching it- judging by the content of the thread it’s a fair lottery…

Imagine being the poor guy at NGC who has to open all of these capsules... I wonder Would they admit it if your coin flew through the air and they damaged your coin?

Mine has moved to closed orders and I have a green dispatched sign! hopefully its on the way coinsters! No dispatch email yet though, and the money has not been taken.

There was a selling offer on last weekend so likely he used it. Otherwise, ouch…

This release hasn’t flown out of the blocks price wise yet.

There were 2 lions in the QB's series and they did manage to make them distinct and unique from each other.

I’ve received the first part of my order today.

These coins are absolutely stunning in the hand and the design is amazing. 
Yes it is different from the QB’s but still just as visually powerful, the panthers face almost snarls as you move it in the light. 
 

A final close up inspection is needed but first impressions of owning these are an almost Great Engravers level of joy. 

Wow loving what I am seeing so far. Even with the empty space, the design looks great.

Why have they included the edge inscription on the 1oz silver only>?  I would like it on the sizes I purchased too

2oz 5oz silver, and a 1 oz gold secured coinsters!

i noticed the milk spots and i knew it would not achieve very well but  decided to do it anyway and upgrade any coin to higher grade in the future if i could find any. 
After reading all the disapoinment (including mine) i am not sure if it will be possible to get this set in pf 69-70 as very few have been graded and as far as i understand , there wont be any restrikes from the mint. 
If anyone else has graded any of those please let me know. Also please feel free to share your thoughts on my coins.

Are you happy with the results yourself?

So this confirms that milk spots will affect any grading score, negatively...

I had just got my returns label from the mint, when my set sold on eBay. I advertised that the set had spots in my listing, mentioned it again when exchanging offers and then messaged the buyer afterward saying that the set had milk spots. I feel like they know what they are getting!

What have you bought the set for? if its for your own pleasure I'd keep it at that,2 faulty coins not ideal but you have 8 good ones. If you are trying to make money out of it grade the 8 good ones & sell individually. Someone will always buy a unique graded coin.

I am trying to build up a deposit for my own home so I will be selling.  Thanks for the advice all.

I have also had my returned set sent back to me today. 
 

On the whole it’s a vast improvement to the first set.  
 

I do though have some spotting on the black bull and the white horse… 

I really don’t know what to do now…

If you bought this on the secondary market would you be happy?

Managed to get one. Now for the inevitable nerves about the quality control!

I like the design and its an artist I have not heard of before.
