Does anyone know when the bullion coins will be released?

Exactly what I'm holding out for... I'll be going for 1/4oz gold when they show up, meanwhile it's SO tempting to hit the button for the 1oz silver proof repeater.

Looking to complete a date run of Bu Sovs and still require; 2010, 2011, 2018 & 2019

Not sure I would again with the 1 and 2 OZ silver. Still waiting for my Silver Panthers to be restruck. If I don't get a response by the end of the week I feel another letter to the Chief Executive is warranted...

You still haven't been sorted😡

That's ridiculous now after this length of time.

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

I think Christmas and all the latest slew of releases (2002 Sov, Jubilee, Gothic Crown etc) has swamped them!  Personally I think we need to slow down on the releases and focus more on quality and customer service!

Morning guys, forgive me if this seems a stupid question, but I've just been on the phone to the Royal Mint about the 1oz proof x 10 series and the guy on the other end didn't know the answer and was adamant that no one would know when I pressed. (NB; this wasn't why I rang btw🤣).

I assumed it would be the case, but do we receive the same edition number of each coin, going forward, so that all ten have the same, making a matching set so to speak, rather than just ten coins with random numbers?

I would have expected so, but I don't really know?

Thanks for any thoughts.

Just guessing but I'm saying no.

Reason being is that would be a logistical nightmare and packaging headache, besides some folk have cancelled the continuity sets already so where do their coins/cert numbers go?

Cheers @James32, I hadn't thought of it like that. You may be right. That would be a logistical headache. Would be nice touch though.

Cheers mate

IMO it's a no as well. I asked the mint about something else last week any we ended up discussing coa, I was told with the expection of a handful of selected releases marquee members might have low coa allocation through their account manager, sometimes you might even be able to pick one out of the few coas that your account manager have in their allocated lot. I would not imagine this would be the cases for all continuity sets given the amount of effort required.

That would be a nice service for the Royal Mint to offer though, charge the collectors a bit extra to fulfil their OCD needs.

I dont think it will be the same. Ive had multiple mintage nunbers sent to me as replacements for the same coin under the preordered 10 series set.

Just curious to ask if anyone is collecting this series or do people see it just as a Queens Beast rehash?

I opted for the 10x1oz and free box....seems a safe bet and hopefully future releases improve on design

Coming late to this, much as I like the Queens Beasts, it would be very expensive to get a collection together. Seeing the Seymour Panther I thought I would go for it. Only the small silver one, however, it is great looking in the flesh and I am looking forward to the rest in the series.

That was my first impression but I bought into the hype with a 2oz silver. I was thinking that the Queens beasts might be more appreciated as the originals in the long run but who knows...

I got the 1 Oz and 2 Oz silver, but am hankering for the 1 Oz Reverse Proof silver now.

They are still around and a new one due later this month to add.

So 4 months after  the initial order I finally got my restruck  2x 10z and 2x 2oz silver panthers from the Royal Mint that were checked by the production manager before they were  sent to me.  I will be sending them back again as they are just as bad as the previous 11 coins!

Its just woeful. I've sent an email to their customer engagement manager but to be honest unless they offer some kind of compensation I'm going to cancel my standing order for the 1oz and 2oz collections and write to the chief executive again.

Either Royal mInt production quality just isn't good enough on the silver (plus I think one of this batch might have an emerging milk spot), or the packaging isn't robust enough to protect the coins in transit. But you'd think by now they'd be able to get at least on e coin right!.  The last picture is actually fibres inside the capsule but again I'm not sure how a piece that big got in if it was properly checked?
