Yes it was a coin that was conserved with NCS and graded by me for another Silver Forum member. Lovely Medal.

Some pick ups over the last several days, all from a coin dealer and bought 'blind' (without photos and trusting the appraisal provided of condition) from a very antiquated website that simply showed lists of coins, medals and tokens- very exciting waiting to receive them.  

There's a couple of French Marianne Medals: 1830's? 'Société Royale des Antiquaires de France'  and 'Exposition Universelle Paris 1878', the former is enchanting, I absolutely adore this medal, worth bugger all but adorable, my collection favourite thus far. (Sorry, Obverse of the medals didn't photograph too well) 

Also some duplicate Britannia coins to start the whole 'gotta get em' all' 2nd set of BU Britannia coins.

Got my first silver Panda. Purchased from eBay due to nectar points and a PayPal offer. I've also got some testing magnets and scales on order just in case, but the seller had a lot of positive feedback, so here's hoping it's real.

Beautiful design though. Definitely keen to get a few different years now I've got this one.

Are Pandas prone to tarnish? I had a 2012 in a slab that tarnished over a year.I hope that's the exception.

Today I recieved my Coin from the monthly prize draw, the 1 oz lunar goat, over the moon with it! A massive thank you again!

Also a few pick ups over the last couple of weeks, some junk silver for the date runs, my oldest Coin an Edward III silver penny from the Canterbury mint and I have finally completed the 1887 currency set. Next to complete is the 1902-1910 Edward full sovereign date run.

@Micky9776I have an 1887 collection too. The larger denominations are with @Numistacker for grading. Only have a 1/2 sov not full though. Got a MS 61. I will post a video of my entire 1887's next month when i get those back.

It's a nice set to collect, my first half sov was the 1887, I then had to get the 1887 full sov, and then I thought to myself I have to get the rest now lol. They are nothing special or high grade just circulated ones really but I'm happy with them. Please do! I will be looking forward to it

There’s 7 different 1887 full sovereigns. That could be a challenge getting all those. Dangerous path though, where does it end!

I found pictures of the larger coins before grading. The Anacs will be put in a NGC holder. The 1/2 Sov is still with Numi but he sent a pic. I show before and after. I am thrilled with MS 61

Very dangerous indeed! I can't get side tracked again, I need 5 more sovs to complete the Edward 1902-1910 date run ? Then I don't know from there, It would be nice to get the 1887 ones but it will work out quite expensive, I still need a Sydney and South Africa minted ones so they will be on the to buy list....the list just keeps on getting bigger and bigger lol
