I know, we have been through this already with them, they added foam inserts into other coins to stop this happening.

I think they must have it out for you. Luckily I have not had any issues with any coins so far. No marks, open or wonky capsules or anything of the likes.

Yeah, not gonna lie it has very much done this. 

Also, now I am back to the RM lottery for replacement. 

Will I get a replacement? Will the replacement be just as bad? 

If no replacement then I am left with half a set....

Was it a screw cap? Mine is - No idea how that would have come open in the post (unlike the sov push caps which can easily come open)

Well I have a small issue with mine.. not as bad as BYB but still something on the frosting that I am not pleased with

This is what they look like, its got two locking points. 

The thing is, they do not lock properly. 

Completely unfit for purpose.

And The Royal Mint know its an issue because they have been including foam inserts into other sets.

I really disliked those shoddily closing caps with the Graces and now again dreading to see the coin after it's flown half way cross the world... and if you guys think it's a pain to return, imagine shipping a coin back express, only to discover it's sitting for 2 weeks on an Australian airport tarmac waiting for a flight to the UK. I'm 21 days in and counting with a returned coin and now Parcelforce tells me it's likely coming back as they "do not deliver to PO Boxes"... ?!? 🤯
