Did you sell those as singles mainly on the bay right enough Paul?

Yup, around 85%went on the bay. List price started at premium rip off rates, then slowly dropped fed over 12-18months

Sadly hard to get premium prices here. As I don't know them on eBay I don't feel guilty :)

did some good bargain deals here in the final few months

Used silver sales to buy gold

That’s a lot of packaging mate, and tell me , did anyone try a scam on the buyers side out of all those sales?

I don't get the argument that WHEN gold & silver increases in price no-one will buy it. Also that only small coins will sell not large ones. It's just cobblers. It's already way more expensive than it was say five years ago but people still buy it.

If we accept it roughly follows inflation, and that wages & prices roughly follow inflation, then when a 1oz coin becomes 'worth' £2,000 it will seem (again) roughly the same as it did at £1500. Likewise a £480 Sovereign will appear a similar pro-rata value as it does now.

If your wages go up like that I’ll come and have one of those jobs!🤔🤔

The big question is, at what point during the war in Gaza will China take the opportunity to invade Tiawan?

Sound money is not a guarantee of a free society, but a free society is impossible without sound money. We are currently a society enslaved by debt.

This is an excellent presentation by Dr Chris Martenson

This breaks down the debt bomb that the US is facing. Its really simple to understand so really worth a watch and when the debt ceiling was lifted 134 days after 1.8 Trillion was added......

I can explain in a much shorter way using only 2 words, Weimar Republic.

There's even a shorter way! Venezuela.

Have you not looked at the ‘for sale’ thread of the forum recently?

I beg to differ.

1oz gold Britannias at or less than spot.

Sovereigns at spot or less than spot.

There is clearly a huge shift happening and it’s happening now.

I can honestly say that having been a member of this forum for five years I’ve never seen a time like this.

Cobblers you say?

I think not.

They key word here is spot price. eg: if spot price was £1400 per oz then you would gladly pay 1%-2% over spot. If spot price was £1700 per oz then some people would be hesitant to pay 1%-2% over spot. if spot price was £2000 per oz you would say i wish i bought at £1700

LFTV.  live from the vault.   Spot price is immaterial. its just an illusion.
