Have any of you wondered about the coins minted today and how they might be seen and graded in the future? I’m speaking about general circulation coins. 50 - 100 years from now, general circulation coins minted will be in much better condition by being less handled. With contactless now (I presume) being the most preferred method of payment and circulation coins still being minted, surely that means less wear. I may not be posting this in the right section of the forum but surely there will be more higher graded circulated coins in the future approx (2019 -2024) as I write this.

Point taken on board. I’m not sure I’d be capable of poking fun at the Irish (nor would I want to) when half my family are Irish. I didn’t mean any offence to anyone Irish.
