How on earth can that coin be judged an MS65? Surely it could've been an MS66, MS67.. etc?

MS65 for a bullion coins that been in a tube is about right, they have to be exceptional to get over MS66.......Not worried at all as the error attribution that counts.....The RM tried to get this coin back off me and wanted to swap it for a none defective one.  I kindly refused 😁
