Yes that's correct no refunds. I'm not a high street shop, I'm a bloke and as a bloke we don't like to faff arround hence the reason why I state "no refunds" so we are clear from the get go.

Not many mention it which is a fair observation but I have been stating no refunds for approx 6 - 9 months and will contine  to do so.
