Just got of the phone with customer services, they confirmed that the ordering system took a while to send all the orders through due to probably being somewhat overwhelmed - but that my order was taken and would be dispatched very shortly. I also have the three items the order was - from memory last time if it has the number paid next to the item its a taken order, if it has 0.00 it is not.

Maybe next time RM should ship all 14,700 Sovereign sets to an Amazon Fulfillment Centre before putting them up for sale. They'd all be delivered the next day without any problems.

So a quick update to calm everyone's nerves 😁

My orders are moved to closed orders and marked as dispatched (  haven't got a dispatch email yet but from experience it should arrive later today) order will likely be posted today/tomorrow and will arrive tomorrow/Saturday. 

Yes the orders in my account are wrong

Yes I've multiples of the same order but the correct payment has been taken

Yes I agree their website is a tad backwards and we shouldn't have to read between the lines but from personal experience this is part of the adrenaline rush you get when buying from royal mint😅 your not just buying the product, your buying hope and distress all rolled into one.

Now in advance, I will admit this post will be deleted if none of the above comes true 😁
