That would be myself although I asked specifically about whether you would know if a XRF analyser would be likely to detect the tungsten-based plated fake gold coin being sold on Alibaba. I asked because I know your company possesses such an analyser. I did not know that the OP had already tested the fake.
Did you reply to the email to inform the sender of this?

Just take a look at the most recent report, CPI reported only 5.3% - utter nonsense.
The biggest joke is the house rental market coming in at (from memory) about 0.2% - total nonsense - look at this BS:

Im one of the largest anti-cpi measurement people on this forum. I have looked through this data. They cant hide it. Rates have to go up or they will be forced into admitting it. Or they will have to do a false flag operation to focus all the attention away from the printing press.
Either way somethings going to happen. The reset is coming.

I like the look and it would make a stunning piece in a study and/or similar; I would buy one for that dual purpose.
I think all other aspects have been covered quite comprehensively.
However, unfortunately your PCT global Patent will not prevent Chinese copies, the test product is testimony to that (sorry, this is not meant to sound negative.)
My suggestion however, to counter that, would be design patent/s; as even the mighty Apple found out when SBB (Swiss Railways) took them to court for stealing the design of its clock for iOS 6's Clock app. (2012 court proceedings refer)
Even Apple caved in finally and agreed to pay a licence fee for continued - a design patent is very much cheaper in court fees also, plus you stand a much greater chance of winning, relatively cheaply.

Thanks for you support,  I have already learnt alot from the feedback here. I want to clarify one or two things, should the physics be brought into question.
The video is only a temporary delivery vehicle, that I made myself and I am admittedly not an expert.
And eddy current and an electromotive force are not the same thing, the correct way of saying this is the following.
The moving magnet induces an eddy current in the bullion, the presence of the conductive body then creates and Electromotive force (or dampening force) on the pendulum.
If two coins have the same composition weight and dimensions then they will give the same reading.
So there is no doubt as to the physics I am going to upload a paper, this paper describes a conductor moving through a magnetic field, in my case the magnet is moving, and the conductor remains stationary, but the physics is the same. Apologies in advance if this gives anyone nightmares!!.
And thanks to the Authors :
Catherine Weigel, Jeremy Wachter, Paul Wagoner, and Timothy J. Atherton

    Rory,
Have you used your coin tester on silver 1 oz Britannias ?
Would you be able to detect the difference between 999 silver ( Brits dated 2013 to present ) and the earlier Brits which were 958 alloy called Britannia silver ?
Also, in terms of sensitivity can you detect any difference between 22ct and 24 ct gold ?
You could compare the 1 oz Britannia gold coins which are both 22ct and 24ct depending on mintage year.
The 22ct version is slightly heavier as it must contain a full Troy ounce of fine gold.
Same goes for the early silver Brits that weight slightly more.
I am assuming the mass of a coin is also important so maybe a slightly heavier 22ct coin will give a similar reading to its 24ct equivalent but I don't known how sensitive and repeatable your pendulum is.
When I get time I am tempted to build a home-made tester and do some comparisons and include platinum coins.
If I ever construct this I will be more than happy to share the data if it seems useful.

Out of curiosity I registered. The page displayed to me states "FULL CATALOGUE COMING SOON". Though I don't know if thats just because I haven't yet been approved as a bidder or they are genuinely still building the catalogue. Reading through the terms there are a lot of hoops you have to jump through to bid such as registering for individual lots you intend to bid on, providing ID and a deposit. I'm not sure my curiosity will get me to jump through all those hoops but I am very interested in seeing what this is all about.

@WadsworthThe cheaper Griffins seem to come and go in waves, probably due to the "max seller fee" promotions that run every couple weeks. When these promotions start, sellers list at once, resulting in more choice and more reasonable price.
Then there are others that have them listed at much higher prices and are prepared to wait for someone like yourself to come along, by that I mean someone that considers buying a Griffin there and then.
If you get one for under £90 you've done well. I'd say going rate on ebay is around £100, or more broadly £90-£120. I've seen tatty looking ones go for as much as £160 although I think that was down to a bidding war. I'd wait until there is greater choice. Someone recently listed as many as a dozen of them in one go, resulting in them selling for reasonable prices. But they were selling in pairs with other coins. I considered bidding myself just because of the prices on offer.
I recently bought a slabbed one on the forum (PCGS 69) for £120 inc SD. Very minor milk spots, almost unnoticeable in most lights. I think it would be very difficult to find one better than that. There are spotless ones out there but they are very rare and of the spotless ones on ebay, some, perhaps most, will be cleaned.
I'd recommend making a wanted post on the trade section of the forum first. Hope this is of some help.

1996 Royal Mint Silver Proof Collection   In 1996 the Royal Mint released its first set of British silver proof coins, consisting of the coins from 1p to £1. Although a genuinely uninspiring precursor to some stunning future silver sets, this seven coin set is memorable only for its magnificently retro crushed velvet presentation box. When issued the lucky purchaser received a voucher entitling them to a free curry in the nearest flock wallpapered curry house and a complimentary prawn cocktail at any Beefeater steakhouse.   Which was nice.

No, not at all, in the past I've looked at 2 other 'minting/sales' companies doing a very similar exercise/s, their numbers and dividends were very also very healthy, to say the least.
