Got my 1 Oz silver Seymour Panther reverse proof set today.
The reverse frosting shows some lovely iridescence at certain angles.😍

Finally my 5oz silver Gothic Crown arrived today. It looks pretty good. 

A couple of things delivered yesterday, thanks to @GoldDiggerDavefor the portrait, 1oz brit and philharmonic and @UAL787for the kangaroo. Incidently, does anyone know what capsule I need for the kangaroo? The ones I have are too small.

2oz proof Britannia from Royal Mint. Ordered late Saturday night, turned up first thing this morning! Looks great.

Not a fan of slabbed coins, but.. got my first 5oz Britannia 

I think the design is ok, and I certainly prefer the Queen's Beasts to this point as far as designs go, but I'm still buying the bullion.  I think it's very hard to go wrong at new release, even if you hate the design (assuming you want to buy metals, as you are still exposed to spot price changes).  As an example, here are the current prices at SDBullion (where I bought) for a single coin:
1oz gold 2022 Tudor Lion: $1,946.99
1oz gold 2022 Britannia: $1,952.70
1oz gold 2022 Eagle: $1,982.86
1oz gold 2022 Maple: $1,964.70
1oz gold 2022 Kangaroo: $1,952.70
You get an oz of gold (same story with the silver, and 1/4oz gold) for less than other bullion, plus a free embedded option that a premium will develop.  This was also true of every one of the Queen's Beasts...they were cheaper than other bullion at release, and of course a nice premium did in fact develop.  And if there is never a premium, this coin is not going to be worth less than other of the other coins above.  The other coins will also almost certainly not develop a premium.  So assuming you want exposure to gold or silver, I think these are a great buy.

A very close relative of mine has recently passed away, and I’ve inherited a huge quantity of them..just looking to find out more about them really…to show some respect for the lovely gent that has bequeathed them to me.

Some of the apparent colour difference may be caused by surface finish and differential reflectivity, but they are all realistic.

Surely with the headache's from the website, queue, having busy phone lines for both dis-organised sales and all the issue's, costs of returns, re-strike's, destruction of old coins, compensating for problems, and all the stuff i'm sure everyone could add to this list. It would just save them a lot of time and money to just pause production, sort out the QC department with some actual competence. Then send out some properly presented, timely delivered, QC'd proof coins!
I've been very hesitant and selective with what i have attempted to buy from the RM, and it's not been a smooth experience for the most part. I will say that the customer service for the RM are some of the most lovely people I've spoke to. They are just stuck between a rock and a hard place...well Management and the QC department! 
On a happy note my Gothic portrait looks a beaut 😍

Just received my graded QE platinum jubilee sovereigns pretty happy with them. Gonna stash these away now 

I too have had issues with the 2oz Gothic Portrait. Arrived with no filler padding in the outer box, capsule open & some missing frosting on the coin (exact same place as @BackyardBullioncoin), didn't even have QC label anywhere.
I'm in a dilemma, do I return the coin & risk getting an even worse one back or possibly no replacement at all.
I rang RM customer service today & spoke to a very nice lady, i was very polite & absolutely not having a go at customer service staff. In return, she listened to every issue & will put an explanation on my order. As to what to do, she said she would have to speak to a manager. I mentioned I'd seen lots of issues with this coin including @BackyardBullion YouTube video & that my coin has the exact same issues.
I asked what can be done, can they be re-mint & I get a replacement. She said they'd seen plenty of issues of the coin online but the coins were sold out & she couldn't guarantee me a replacement, this would have to decided at a higher level & I got the impression that they'd been informed of so many issues, a meeting at RM may be held to decide what to do.
As with others, this is a 2 coin set so don't really just want a refund.
She advised to ring back on Monday when they may have more news of a way forward with these coins.
She was extremely helpful & I feel for the customer services staff, having to not only deal with a huge amount of releases (there's the FA cup coin on Monday) but they also have to deal with more calls generated by sub par coins.
I can only hope they deal with an ordinary person lucky enough to get one one these coins, myself, the same way they deal with the big RM spenders - I really hope they re-mint these & do a proper QC check before sending out 🤞
