I was on RM site for half8, patiently waited, did it all by the book. At 9am I was placed circa 1600 in the queue.
I wanted the 5oz silver but would have been happy with the 2oz.
By 9:30 it was obvious I wasn't going to get the 5oz, but I stayed on for the 2oz. I was still around 400 in the queue when people started to say it was a sell out.
Not my day for silver. 
I did treat myself to a 1984 sov (birth year). So all things considered, I'll go to bed happy.
Let's be honest, the fact we are all in the position to even contemplate spending these kinds of sums on coins, means we must doing something right!

I'm unashamed to say that if i had of got anything, which I didn't, I was gonna flip it and use the proceeds to buy gold bullion lol

Same here mate, although I was 1600ish start. With the mintaged I assumed I could get at least a 2oz silver. Not to be.

Had my royal mail deliveries  all good and no damage or flaws/problems - very happy with results
Only waiting on five coin set, not dispatched yet  
Off to the safe deposit box, not to be be seen again for five years plus

20g BYB piece I got hold of earlier this year fulfills this role for me!

Agreed. If the 1oz proof brit was available when I logged in, I might have had a go. It wasn't!

I hadn't appreciated until this thread started the popularity of the QB BUNCs. Judging solely from ebay, some of the early releases are worth more than their 1oz silver counterpart.

I think I'm in the minority here, but I don't get all the hate that the Panther design is getting - I like it.
As a series, whilst I don't think the KB/TBs will better the QBs, I still think it will be very popular.
I'll be pissed if they don't do a 1/4 gold bullion though!

OK - the preorder period ends tonight!
We have got bars available for everyone on the waiting list so I will be messaging out to you all over the course of tomorrow, please keep an eye out for my message. 
The plan is to collect payment during the week and then on Sunday 5th September open a thread where we can let everyone know what serial numbers are available and take first come first served requests for specific numbers. 
Thank you to everyone that has already taken up their bars from 2020 - there is still time before the end of TODAY if you have not already confirmed to take up your bars. I have been messaging everyone!

I think it could be a fun thing to collect, but financially it makes no sense at all.
